We are looking for a highly experienced Team Leader to drive marketing, sales, and digital growth for BOOKIK. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in app marketing, SEO, ASO, content strategy, and customer engagement through various digital channels.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ App Store Optimization (ASO) & SEO – Optimize app listings, keywords, and content to enhance visibility and rankings.
- ✅ Content Strategy – Manage blogs and website content to improve organic reach and engagement.
- ✅ Social Media & Customer Engagement – Handle social media interactions, customer inquiries, and community management.
- ✅ Multi-Channel Marketing – Implement Email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns for lead generation and retention.
- ✅ Paid Advertising & Growth Campaigns – Run targeted ad campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- ✅ Telesales & Direct Communication – Oversee call-based sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- ✅ App Store Performance & Growth – Analyze and improve app performance metrics in Google Play & App Store.
- ✅ Data-Driven Strategy – Monitor KPIs, track conversions, and optimize strategies based on performance data.
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:
- 📌 Extensive experience in app marketing, ASO, and SEO.
- 📌 Proven expertise in performance marketing, email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing, and ad campaign management.
- 📌 Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and retargeting strategies.
- 📌 Experience in social media engagement and direct customer communication.
- 📌 Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts.
- 📌 Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and drive results.
- 📌 A strong portfolio showcasing previous successful campaigns and marketing strategies (REQUIRED).
